b) submit inquiries using the contact form,
c) book online appointments via the booking system integrated into the website. - All therapeutic appointments offered by the owner are conducted online, using communication platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- The website does not allow users to leave comments, opinions, or engage in discussions.
§ 3 Terms of Use
- Users are required to use the website in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, and principles of netiquette.
- Users are prohibited from using the website in a manner that disrupts its functioning, or submitting content that violates the law or damages the owner’s reputation.
- By filling out the contact form, users agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information.
§ 4 Booking of Therapeutic Services
- Bookings for therapeutic services are made via the online booking system integrated into the website.
- Sessions are paid in advance at the time of booking via external payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); the respective provider’s terms additionally apply to payment processing. Booked appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; in case of later cancellation or no-show, the prepaid fee is not refunded.
- The website owner is not responsible for temporary technical unavailability of the booking system or for the services of external payment providers.
- Sessions are conducted online, and details (e.g., meeting link) are sent to the user upon successful booking.
§ 5 Personal Data Protection
- The website owner processes users’ personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable national regulations, including German data protection laws.
- Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
a) responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form,
