my name is Laura Clair Kowalczyk.
Since 2019, I have been supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds as a psychologist and Gestalt therapist. Thanks to my language skills in German, English, and Polish, I am able to offer guidance in a culturally sensitive and individualised way.
My approach as a therapist
In my therapy, the focus is on experiencing yourself as fully as possible – this can take courage, and it may involve taking the risk of trying something new.
Ultimately, when I learn to meet myself where I truly am, I also learn how to make the best of what life offers me in this moment. A positive side effect of this process is a deep sense of aliveness, accompanied by a high degree of autonomy.
