my name is Laura Clair Kowalczyk.
Since 2019, I have been accompanying people from diverse cultural backgrounds in my work as a psychologist and Gestalt therapist. I work in German, English, and Polish, which allows me to offer therapy in a culturally sensitive and deeply individualized way.
My approach as a therapist
I focus on supporting you in experiencing yourself as fully as possible –This surely takes courage and it involves taking the risk of trying something new. I aim to empower you to meet yourself exactly where you are.
I believe this ultimately makes it possible to do the best of what life offers me in any given moment. A positive side effect of this process is a deep sense of aliveness, accompanied by a high degree of autonomy and a greater sense of freedom in relationships.
